Video Tribute Package
Faith and Hope Funeral Home offers a beautiful video tribute to celebrate and honor the memory of a family member, close friend or associate. The value of the DVD video package is $ 150.00 however we offer them to our families at NO COST for the master copy. Additional copies ordered with a designer case and attached copy of the obituary are $ 20.00. A beautiful gift for your loved ones. The DVD memorial tribute will be created from your own photographs. The photos are then set to music and enhanced with movements and visuals pertaining to the life of your loved one. The video can be viewed during the visitation, at the service or online.
Requirements
Furnish us with 50 Photos or Less;
Photos may be submitted in Person, by Email or CD;
Photos must be numbered on the back in chronological order;
All photos provided in person or mail will be returned to you.
Our staff will apply your photos to photo boards for the service. Minimum production time for the final product is 48 hours. Funerals are not the only occasion to produce a video tribute. Anniversaries, weddings, graduations, birthdays and other special occasions are wonderful times to remember. Families who have signed a Declaration of Intent to use our funeral services can receive their video tribute, ahead of time, and at no cost for a special occasion. We will keep the DVD on our file. Pictures can always be added for future use.
The cost for production of all other requests for video tributes is $150.00.
